Kim Kardashian West is standing up for her man.
The 37-year-old star took to Twitter to debunk the Yeezy Mafia report that the Yeezy Season 7 collection would not include clothes because of West’s lack of inspiration. She wrote in a recent tweet: “How can a verified account represent Yeezy with false information. You do NOT work for Yeezy and NOT affiliated. How are you gonna believe an account that posts fake color ways.”
She confirmed not only that there would be clothing (which she modeled during her recent tour of Tokyo with her sisters), but that the collection would also be available to shop online soon. “Yeezy does not play by fashion rules. The showroom was strictly shoes & always intended for that,” she tweeted.
From a blue spandex ensemble to a pair of super fancy cream sweatpants, the mother of three modeled various looks during the Japan trip with sisters Kourtney and Khloé and previewed what’s to come for fans and followers as the Yeezy muse.
After Kanye West ditched fashion week for a viral and groundbreaking new ad campaign for Yeezy Season 6 starring paparazzi shots of wife Kim and look-alike clones, may be expected he would have something even bigger in the works for season 7. But Yeezy fan accounts were quick to speculate that the designer would only be putting out footwear for season 7.
Earlier today, Yeezy Mafia reported that buyers were invited to a showroom in Paris to preview Yeezy Season 7, where they walked into an empty room and were told there would not be any apparel or accessories this season.
The tweet (which has since been taken down) read: “Stockists were invited to a showroom that was empty, it was an unexpected meeting explaining that there won’t be any apparel or accessories for SEASON 7.”
It continued: “Kanye West couldn’t do what he wanted to achieve with this collection.”
Yeezy Mafia also shared that this collection will mimic season 2 and only offer shoes.

Since the confusion, Kim has also shared on Twitter that she hopes to take down the accounts posting false Yeezy information.
Not only does she model for the brand, but Mrs. West also makes a pretty great Yeezy publicist.
